De’Yana serves as both our dedicated Operations Manager and a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) here at Creekside. A proud graduate of Georgia Gwinnett College with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, De’Yana brings a unique blend of administrative leadership and hands-on clinical experience to our team. As the first point of contact for many families and staff, she plays a key role in the onboarding process—helping to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new patients and team members alike. With three years of experience as an RBT, De’Yana continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the children we serve every day.
